Welcome to CoreHue Support
CoreHue is all-in-one business software for photographers. It brings the business side of photography into one place: client galleries for your photos and videos, online booking, contacts, client email, invoices and payments, proposals, contracts and questionnaires. This help center walks you through all of it, one task at a time.
CoreHue has three plans, Free, Plus and Pro, and every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Plus with no card needed. Clients never need an account: everything you send them opens from a link.
Start here
- New to CoreHue? Your first week helps you pick one thing to set up first, so you have something working for a client today.
- Want the big picture? What CoreHue does shows how the pieces fit, and a tour of your dashboard shows where everything lives.
- Choosing a plan? CoreHue plans and pricing compares Free, Plus and Pro side by side.
- Checking it fits? What CoreHue doesn't do (yet) is a short, honest list of what isn't included, like print sales and watermarks.
- Moving from another platform? Switching to CoreHue covers Pixieset, Pic-Time, HoneyBook, Dubsado, Studio Ninja, Calendly and Google Forms.
Popular topics
Client galleries. Create a gallery, upload your photos, make it look like your work, then share it and choose what clients can download.
Video. Deliver films and highlight clips in the same gallery as the photos. Start with adding videos to a gallery and see the video limits by plan.
Booking. Put your services online and let clients inquire or book. How online booking works explains the three ways a service can work.
Getting paid. Send an invoice, split it into a payment schedule, and take card payments with Stripe or bank transfers.
Proposals, contracts and questionnaires. Win the work with a proposal, get it signed and gather the details you need.
Helping your clients
The For your clients section is written for the people you photograph, not for you. Send them a link when they ask how to download their photos, watch their film, sign a contract or pay an invoice.
