Branding your client pages

Set the appearance of your booking page, invoices and other client pages under Settings → Business → Client pages. These settings apply across your account; gallery designs have their own controls.

Client pages cover your booking pages, contracts, invoices, proposals and questionnaires. Galleries keep their own themes, set per gallery. See Customizing your gallery's design.

Choosing a theme

  1. Go to Settings → Business and scroll to Client pages.
  2. Pick a Theme, an Appearance and what the Header shows.
  3. If you chose Classic, pick a Banner.
  4. Save, then open your booking page to check the result, ideally on your phone too.

Theme

Each theme is a different layout, not just a color change.

  • Atelier: the default. Content on the left, with the client's next step held in a column on the right. A good choice for most studios.
  • Ledger: one centered sheet, like a document on a desk, with figures in a typewriter-style face. Suits invoices and anything heavy on numbers.
  • Classic: a photograph across the top with the page lifting into it. The most visual of the three, and the natural pick if you want your work seen first.

Appearance

Light or Dark. Light is the default and the safest choice. If you choose Dark, upload a dark-background version of your logo under Business logo so it doesn't vanish. See Business details and logo. This is separate from the appearance of your own dashboard.

Header shows

  • Your logo (your business name appears instead if you haven't uploaded a logo)
  • Business name
  • Logo and business name, which suits a logo that doesn't include your name

If your logo already spells out your name, showing both repeats it.

The banner only appears with the Classic theme, behind your name at the top of the page. Click it (or Change) to open the picker.

Choose one of the four presets, Forest ridge, Canopy, Mountain lake or Coast, or Add your own: a landscape image up to 10MB. Choose Select, then save the page. Once you've added your own, Replace and Remove sit beside it.

Use one of your own photos

A banner from your own portfolio is the single biggest change on this page. It turns every invoice and contract into a small example of your work.

What your client sees

Your chosen theme, colors and header on every booking page, service page, contract, invoice, proposal and questionnaire. The look stays the same wherever they click, so moving from a proposal to its contract to the invoice feels like one studio, start to finish.

PDFs and emails use their own fixed layouts, so a contract PDF filed away today looks the same whatever theme you pick next month.

On the Free plan, client pages also show a small "Powered by CoreHue" badge. On Plus and Pro you can turn it off. See Removing CoreHue branding.

Frequently asked questions

Does this change how my galleries look?

No. Client page themes don't apply to galleries. Each gallery has its own design under its Layout tab.

Why can't I see the Banner option?

The Banner option only appears when the client page theme is set to Classic, because the other themes don't have a photo across the top.

Can my booking page use a different theme from my invoices?

No. One client page theme applies to all your booking pages, invoices, proposals, contracts and questionnaires, which keeps your brand consistent.
