# Business details and logo

> Add your logo, business name, contact details and address in CoreHue so they appear on your invoices, contracts and booking page for clients.

Add the business name, logo and contact details your clients see on invoices, contracts and booking pages. Open **Settings → Business**, make your changes, then use the save bar at the bottom of the page.

## Adding your logo

1. Go to **Settings → Business**.
2. Under **Business logo**, keep **Light** selected and drag your logo in, or click to browse.
3. If your logo is dark, switch to **Dark** and upload a lighter version for dark backgrounds.
4. Save.

Logos can be JPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF, up to 5MB. **Light** is your main logo, used almost everywhere. **Dark** is optional, but without it a dark logo can disappear on a dark client page. If you don't upload a logo, CoreHue uses your business name.

## Business details

"Information shown on invoices, contracts, and your booking page."

- **Business name**
- **Registration number**: your tax ID, EIN, VAT or company number, whatever applies where you work
- **Business email**
- **Business phone**
- **Website**

These also fill the variables in your contracts. If a contract uses the registration number and you haven't added one, CoreHue won't send it until you do. Commercial clients often need your registration number and address before their accounts team will pay an invoice.

## Business address

"Appears on invoices and contracts." Fill in the street address, city, state or province, zip or postal code, and country. This is separate from the country on your [profile](/docs/account/your-profile).

## What your client sees

Your logo and business name sit at the top of your booking page, invoices, proposals, contracts and questionnaires. Your contact details and address appear on invoices and contracts, so a client always knows who they're dealing with and how to reach you.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I upload an SVG logo?

No. CoreHue business logos must be JPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF, up to 5MB. A PNG with a transparent background works well on both light and dark pages.

### Why won't my contract send?

A contract won't send if it uses a business detail you haven't filled in, like your registration number. Add the missing detail under **Settings → Business** and try again. See [Variables and blanks in contracts](/docs/contracts/smart-fields-and-blanks).

### Is the business country the same as the one on my profile?

No. The business address country is what appears on invoices and contracts. The country on your profile sets how dates, times and money are written for you.
