Signing out of other devices
If you've lost a phone, used a shared computer or spotted a sign-in you don't recognize, you can see every device signed in to your CoreHue account and sign any of them out. It's under Settings → Account, in Active sessions.
Seeing where you're signed in
Go to Settings → Account and scroll to Active sessions ("Review active sessions across devices."). Each row shows the device, its type and system, when it was last active and, where known, its location. The device you're using now is marked Current session.
Signing out one device
- Find the device and choose Log out.
- Confirm in Log out?.
- Confirm it's you with the 6-digit code we email you.
That device is signed out straight away and needs to sign in again to get back in. You can't sign out your current session from this list. Use Log out in the avatar menu for that.
Signing out of every device
- Choose Log out of all devices at the bottom of the list.
- Confirm in Log out of all sessions?.
- Confirm it's you with the code we email you.
Every device is signed out, including the one you're using, so you'll need to sign in again.
Sign out of all devices, then change your password under Password on the same tab. See Signing in, passwords and Google.
Frequently asked questions
I don't recognize a device. What should I do?
Go to Settings → Account → Active sessions, choose Log out next to the device, then change your password. If you're worried, use Log out of all devices too.
Why do I need a code to sign a device out?
The code stops someone who got into your account from quietly signing you out of your own devices. The code goes to your account email. If you've lost access to that inbox, see Changing your account email.
Why is the Log out button greyed out on one device?
The greyed-out device is the one you're using now, marked Current session. Sign out of it with Log out in the avatar menu instead.
