Removing CoreHue branding

On Plus and Pro, you can remove the "Powered by CoreHue" badge from your client pages and document emails. The setting applies across your account.

Available on Plus and Pro

Removing CoreHue branding is included on the Plus and Pro plans. See CoreHue plans.

Turning off CoreHue branding

  1. Go to Settings → Business.
  2. Scroll to CoreHue branding.
  3. Turn off the switch ("Show CoreHue branding across your documents and emails").
  4. Save.

The badge disappears from your client pages and emails straight away. Branding stays on until you turn it off, including right after you upgrade, so remember this step when you move to a paid plan.

Where the badge appears

When branding is on, a small "Powered by CoreHue" badge appears on:

  • Galleries and gallery download pages
  • Booking pages
  • Contact forms
  • Proposals, contracts and questionnaires
  • Invoices and receipts, and their PDFs
  • Emails CoreHue sends to your clients

Conversations in Messages never carry CoreHue branding, on any plan.

On the Free plan

On Free, branding is always shown. The switch stays on with the note "CoreHue branding shows across your documents and emails." Turning it off opens Remove CoreHue branding, which explains that you need a paid plan.

If your account moves to Free after a trial or a cancelled subscription, the badge returns on your client pages and emails.

What your client sees

With branding off, your client sees your logo, business name and chosen theme and nothing else, from the first booking page to the last gallery download. With it on, the small badge appears alongside your branding.

To make your pages feel even more like yours, set your theme under Branding your client pages and serve them from your own domain with Connecting a custom domain.

Frequently asked questions

I upgraded, so why do I still see the badge?

CoreHue branding stays on after you upgrade until you turn it off yourself. Go to Settings → Business → CoreHue branding and switch it off.

Can I remove the badge from just one page?

No. The CoreHue branding switch applies to all your client pages and emails at once.

Do my clients' emails mention CoreHue?

With CoreHue branding on, client emails include a small "Powered by CoreHue" badge. With branding off on Plus or Pro, they don't. On Free the badge always shows.
