Once your form reads the way you want, publish it and put the link wherever people already try to reach you. Every submission lands in CoreHue as a new contact and a conversation.

## Publishing your form

1. Go to **Contacts → Contact forms**.
2. Open the form's three-dot menu and choose **Publish**.
3. Confirm. The link goes live and starts accepting submissions.

Your form's link looks like this:

```
yourname.corehue.co/contact-form/a1b2c3
```

If you've [connected a custom domain](/docs/account/connecting-a-custom-domain) on Plus or Pro, the contact form link uses your domain instead.

Then choose **Preview** from the same menu to open the live form in a new tab and see exactly what visitors see. Preview only works once a form is published, so publish, take a look, and fix anything that reads oddly.

## Copying the link

Choose **Share** from the form's menu. The **Share form** dialog shows the **Form link** with a copy button.

## Where to put it

- Your Instagram or TikTok bio
- The contact page of your website (link a "Get in touch" button to it)
- Your email signature
- A QR code on a card at wedding fairs and markets
- Your Facebook page or Google Business profile

Anyone with the link can use it. There's no sign-in and nothing to install, and it works nicely on phones.

## What visitors see

The form uses your client page look from **Settings → Business → Client pages**, with your logo or business name at the top. Your form name is the heading, your description sits underneath, then your questions and a **Send message** button. See [Branding your client pages](/docs/account/branding-your-client-pages).

On the Free plan, a small "Powered by CoreHue" badge also appears.

After they send it, they see "Your form has been submitted!" and your confirmation message. Nothing is saved while they type, so a closed tab loses their answers. Keeping the form short helps.

## Taking a form offline

| Action | What it does | Can you undo it? |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Unpublish** | Moves the form back to **Draft**. The link stops accepting submissions | Yes. Publish it again any time |
| **Archive** | Makes the form read-only for good. The link stops working | No. An archived form can't be edited or published again |
| **Delete** | Removes the form completely | No. Only offered on drafts that have never been published |

In every case, contacts and messages from earlier submissions stay exactly as they are.

Unpublish when you might want the form back, like pausing wedding inquiries for a fully booked season. Archive when you're finished with it for good. If someone opens an unpublished or archived form's link, they see "This form is not available".

> **Check your bio before you unpublish**
If the link is in your Instagram bio or on your website, unpublishing means people who tap it can't get in touch. Swap the link for another form first, or put up a note.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I change my form's link?

No. A contact form's link is set when the form is created. It uses your CoreHue web address, or your custom domain if you've connected one on Plus or Pro, so it changes if you change that address. See [Changing your CoreHue URL](/docs/account/your-corehue-url).

### My old intake form links still work, right?

Yes. Links that use the old /intake-form/ address redirect to the same form at /contact-form/.

### Can I embed the form inside my website?

No. CoreHue contact forms don't have an embed code. Link a button or menu item on your website to the form's link instead.

### Why can't I preview my form?

**Preview** only appears once a form is published. Publish it, preview, and unpublish again if it isn't ready.
