## Good to know

**There's nothing to sign up for.** Every link your photographer sends works on its own. You might be asked for a password or your email address, but you'll never need to create an account or remember a login.

**It all works on your phone.** There's no app to install. A few things, like saving a whole gallery at once, are a little easier on a computer, and those guides say so.

**Your photographer is in charge of the settings.** They decide things like whether downloads are on, which sizes you can pick, and how long a gallery stays online. If something in these guides doesn't match what you see, it's usually because your photographer has set it up differently, and they're the best person to ask.

## Who we are

Your photographer runs their business on CoreHue, so the pages they send you (your gallery, your contract, your invoice) carry their name and their style. These help pages come from the CoreHue team. We can explain how things work, but we can't see your photos, bookings or payments, and we can't change them. For anything about your own photos or booking, contact your photographer directly.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need an account to see my photos?

No. Just open the link your photographer sent. If the gallery is protected, you'll be asked for a password or your email, and that's all.

### Who do I contact if something isn't working?

Your photographer. They can resend links, share passwords and change settings. These guides cover the most common questions so you can often sort things out on your own first.

### Is it safe to pay or sign through these links?

Yes. Card payments go through Stripe's secure checkout, and your photographer never sees your card details. Signed contracts are recorded with the date and time you signed.

### Can I use these pages on my phone?

Yes. Everything your photographer sends works in your phone's web browser.
