Opening your gallery

Your photos are ready. Open the link your photographer sent on your phone, tablet or computer. There's nothing to install and no account to create.

Depending on how your photographer set things up, you might see one of these before the photos.

A choice between Client access and Guest access. Choose Client access if you're the person who booked the session. Choose Guest access if someone shared the link with you. Your photographer may have set aside photos just for their client, so it's worth picking the right one.

A password. Type the password from your photographer's message and press Enter. Copying and pasting it is the safest way to avoid typos.

Your email address. Some galleries ask for it before they open, on its own or along with a password. It lets your photographer know who's been viewing, and it's how your favorite photos find their way back to you.

You'll only be asked once. The gallery remembers you on that device for a week.

If the password doesn't work

  • Check for typos, especially extra spaces when pasting.
  • Make sure you're using the right one. If you chose Client access, you need your private client password. If you chose Guest access, you need the gallery password. Tap the back arrow to switch.
  • Ask your photographer. There's no reset link, because the password belongs to the gallery, not to you. They can send it again in seconds.

If you see a message starting "Too many attempts", wait about 15 minutes before trying again. If the whole family is trying at once, it's easiest to let one person sign in.

Finding your way around

  • Scroll and the photos keep loading.
  • Chapters are the names in the row at the top, like Ceremony or Portraits. Tap one to jump to it. At the end of a chapter, See more takes you to the next.
  • Videos, if there are any, sit above the photos in each chapter. See Watching videos in your gallery.
  • Tap a photo to see it full screen. Swipe, or use the arrow keys on a computer, to move between photos.

The first time you open the gallery, a short guide may pop up showing you the buttons. Tap Next to go through it, or close it to start looking.

The buttons at the top

At the right end of the chapter row you may see:

On a phone, the download button stays visible and the others are tucked behind the ⋯ button.

If you don't see one of these, your photographer hasn't turned that feature on for this gallery.

See I can't open my gallery. It covers expired galleries, half-copied links and what each message means.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to download an app?

No. Your gallery opens in your normal web browser on any phone, tablet or computer.

Your photographer has chosen to ask visitors for an email. It lets them see who's viewed the gallery, and it keeps your favorites linked to you.

I picked Guest access by mistake. How do I switch?

Open the link in a private or incognito window and choose Client access. If you gave your email, you can also tap Log out in the gallery and start again.

Yes. Open the same link on each device. You'll be asked for the password or email once on each one.
