A tour of your dashboard

CoreHue has two fixed parts: a sidebar down the left and a header across the top. Everything else is the page you're working on. Here's where things live, so you can find them before you need them.

The sidebar, top to bottom

Some items open into a small group when you click them.

ItemWhat's inside
HomeYour week at a glance, what needs your attention, and quick actions. See Your home screen.
BookingsInquiries (with a badge for unopened ones), Calendar, All bookings, Services and Settings (Availability, Booking page, Emails, Integrations).
ContactsContacts, your leads and clients, and Contact forms, the public forms that bring new people in.
MessagesYour client conversations. A badge shows unread replies.
GalleriesEvery gallery you've made, published or not.
PaymentsInvoices, Payments and Settings (General, Invoice defaults, Display, Tax rates, Payment methods).
DocumentsProposals, Contracts and Questionnaires you've sent or are drafting.
TemplatesReusable Items (your prices), plus contract, questionnaire and email templates.
ReportsFinance, a record of the money that moved through CoreHue.

Badges count up to 99, then show 99+.

The quick-create plus

On a computer, hover over an item in the sidebar and a small + appears on the right. It skips the list and opens a new one straight away.

You'll find it on All bookings, Contacts, Messages, Galleries, Invoices, Proposals, Contracts and Questionnaires.

The header

Breadcrumb. The trail on the left shows where you are. The last part is the page title, and the earlier parts link back up a level.

Trial and billing pill. During your trial a small pill shows how long is left, like "Plus trial · 6 days left". If a payment needs attention it says so instead, for example "Payment failed" or "Update card". Click it to open your billing page.

Bell. Your notifications. The panel shows recent ones with Mark all as read, and the full page lets you filter by Galleries, Downloads, Collections, Private photos, Bookings, Payments, Documents and Messages. Choose which ones also reach you by email in notification settings.

Your avatar. The account menu, covered next.

The account menu

Click your avatar in the top right. You'll see your name, email and a plan chip (Trial, Free, Plus or Pro), then:

  • Profile: your name, photo, CoreHue URL, country, time zone and default currency
  • Billing: your plan, usage and billing history
  • Settings: all your account settings
  • Appearance: Light, Dark or System for the dashboard
  • Contact support: opens an email to our team
  • Log out

Where settings live

Your account settings open from the account menu as one row of tabs: Profile, Business, Domains, Billing, Notifications, Reminders and Account. The Reminders tab only appears on Plus and Pro.

Two settings pages sit in the sidebar instead, because they're about how a section works rather than your account: Bookings → Settings and Payments → Settings.

On a phone

The sidebar tucks away behind the menu icon in the top left, and a back arrow replaces the full breadcrumb. The quick-create plus needs a mouse to hover, so use the New button on each page instead. See Using CoreHue on your phone.

Frequently asked questions

Where is Settings? I can't see it in the sidebar.

Account settings open from your avatar in the top right. Only the booking and payment settings sit in the sidebar.

Does dark mode change what my clients see?

No. Appearance only changes your own dashboard. Your client pages have their own light or dark setting under Branding your client pages.

Why don't I see the Reminders tab?

Automatic reminders are part of Plus and Pro, so the tab is hidden on the Free plan.

How do I contact support from inside CoreHue?

Choose Contact support in the account menu, or email [email protected]. See Getting help from the CoreHue team.
