What CoreHue does
CoreHue is all-in-one business software for photographers. It combines client galleries for photos and video with online booking, contacts, client email, proposals, contracts, questionnaires, invoices and payments, so a client can find you, book you, sign your contract, pay your deposit and receive their finished photos and videos, all on pages that carry your name and your logo.
Everything in one account
| Part of CoreHue | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Galleries | Deliver finished photos and videos in a private, designed gallery your client can view, favorite, share and download from. |
| Bookings | Publish your services so clients can send an inquiry, book a time and pay a deposit, or pick a mini session slot. |
| Contacts | Keep every lead and client in one place, with their bookings, documents, payments, messages and galleries on one page. |
| Contact forms | Put a simple form on your website or Instagram bio. Each submission becomes a contact and a conversation. |
| Messages | Email clients from inside CoreHue and keep every reply with the right person. |
| Invoices and payments | Send invoices, split them into deposits and installments, and take card payments through Stripe or bank transfers you confirm. |
| Proposals | Send one link with your pricing, options, contract and payment, so a client can say yes in one sitting. |
| Contracts | Write a contract once, fill client details in automatically, and collect signatures online. |
| Questionnaires | Ask for timelines, shot lists and family groupings, and get the answers back on the client's record. |
| Templates and reminders | Reuse your wording, and let CoreHue chase unpaid invoices and unsigned documents for you. |
How the pieces connect
The parts aren't separate tools glued together. A booking made on your booking page creates the contact for you, and can collect the signed contract, the questionnaire and the deposit before it confirms. A proposal your client accepts becomes a contract, an invoice and a confirmed booking. A gallery can be linked to the same contact, so their page shows the whole job from first inquiry to final download.
If you'd like to see that end to end, read How a client moves through CoreHue.
What your client sees
Your client never creates an account or learns any software. They get a link by email, open it, and see your logo, your colors and your business name. Galleries, booking pages, invoices, contracts, proposals and questionnaires all share that look, and with a custom domain they can sit on your own web address too.
Who CoreHue is for
CoreHue is built for working photographers: weddings, portraits and families, newborns, events, brands, real estate and everything between. It suits a solo photographer, or a small studio where one person runs the business side, who wants fewer tools and fewer evenings spent on admin. Photographers who also shoot video can deliver films in the same gallery as the photos.
There's one login per account, and CoreHue runs in any web browser on your computer, tablet or phone. The site and the client pages are in English.
What CoreHue doesn't include
CoreHue has no print store or lab integration, no watermarking, no portfolio website builder, no phone app in the app stores, no team logins and no contact import. Clients can't reschedule bookings themselves. For workarounds, see What CoreHue doesn't do (yet).
CoreHue plans
CoreHue has three plans: Free, Plus and Pro. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Plus, with no card needed. When the trial ends you choose Plus or Pro, or your account moves to Free.

Coming from another tool
Many photographers use CoreHue to replace a gallery service and a separate client management tool at once. If you're coming from Pixieset, Pic-Time, HoneyBook, Dubsado, Studio Ninja, Calendly or Google Forms, Switching to CoreHue compares the features side by side and shows what moves over.
Frequently asked questions
Is CoreHue only for galleries?
No. CoreHue galleries are one part. CoreHue also handles booking, contracts, proposals, questionnaires, invoices, payments, client messages and contact forms, so you can replace several tools with one.
Do my clients need to download an app or make an account to use CoreHue?
No. Everything your client touches opens from a link in their browser. There's nothing to install and no login for them.
Can I use CoreHue just for one thing, like invoicing?
Yes. Every CoreHue feature is there from day one, but you only use what you need. Plenty of photographers start with galleries or invoices and add booking later.
Can I deliver videos as well as photos in CoreHue?
Yes, on Plus and Pro. Videos sit in the same gallery as the photos and stream at the right quality for each screen. See Delivering video in your galleries.
Is there a free version of CoreHue?
Yes. The CoreHue Free plan has no time limit and includes 3.5 GB of gallery storage, one published booking service, unlimited invoices with online payments, contact forms, and five contracts and five questionnaires. See What's included on the Free plan.
