Customizing your booking page

Your booking page is the public page that lists every service you've published. It's what you send when someone asks "how do I book you?", so a clear headline and a friendly welcome go a long way.

Limited on the Free plan

On Free your booking page shows "Powered by CoreHue" and uses your corehue.co address. Plus and Pro can remove the branding and use a custom domain. See CoreHue plans.

Turning your page on

  1. Go to Bookings → Settings → Booking page.
  2. Turn on Public booking page, "Your public page where clients book sessions and send inquiries."

It saves straight away. The page is off by default so you can set everything up before anyone sees it. While it's off, your link doesn't work and the settings page reminds you: "Turn the page on for this link to work."

Your page also needs at least one published service. With the page on and nothing published, visitors see No services available right now.

Headline and welcome message

Headline is the first thing visitors read. Say what you do, like "Portraits, weddings, and brand sessions". Your business name already sits in the page header, so a headline that just repeats it isn't shown.

Welcome message is a short paragraph underneath. Use it for what someone needs before choosing: the area you cover, your usual turnaround, whether you travel. Leave it blank and a short default welcome is shown instead.

Both save together with Save in the bar at the bottom.

Referral sources

Referral sources fills the "How did you hear about us?" menu on your booking and inquiry forms. It starts with Instagram, Google, Facebook, Friend / Referral, Website and Other.

  • Type in Add source and choose Add to add one.
  • Choose the × on a chip to remove it.
  • Reset to defaults brings back the original list.

You can have up to 20, and they save as you go. Keep the list short and true to how people actually find you, like a venue you work with or a wedding directory. Whether the question shows at all is set on each service, in step 1 of its booking flow.

Your look and branding

Your booking page uses the same theme as your other client pages: your logo, business name, theme and light or dark appearance from Settings → Business → Client pages. Change it there and your booking page follows. See Branding your client pages.

Each service card uses that service's cover image. See Creating a booking service.

On Plus and Pro you can also:

What your client sees

Your headline and welcome message at the top, then a card for each published service with its cover image, name, length, price and the start of its description. Read more opens the full description.

A few things change by service:

  • Inquiry services don't show a length, since there's nothing fixed to state.
  • A service set to Don't show a price shows no price.
  • A mini session with every slot taken shows Sold out and can't be opened.

Once you have four or more published services across more than one mode, filter chips appear above them: All, then a chip for each mode you use (Inquiry, Direct booking or Mini sessions), in the order they first appear in your services list. Choosing a service takes your client straight into booking it.

Check it like a client

Open your booking page link in a private or incognito window before you share it. You'll see exactly what a signed-out client sees, and it takes ten seconds.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the colors and fonts of my booking page?

Your booking page follows the theme you choose under Settings → Business → Client pages, including Atelier, Ledger or Classic and light or dark appearance. There aren't separate design settings for the booking page itself.

Can I hide a service from the booking page but keep it bookable?

No. A published service shows on your booking page. To take it off the page, unpublish it, and its link stops working too.

Why does my booking page say no services are available?

The page is on but no service is published yet. Publish at least one from Bookings → Services.

Can I put my booking page on my own domain?

Yes, on Plus and Pro. Once your custom domain is connected, your booking page works on it too.
