Sharing your booking page
Your booking page has one link for everything you offer, and each service has its own link too, so you can send clients straight to the session you've been talking about.
Your booking page link
Your booking page lives at:
yourname.corehue.co/services
To copy it:
- Go to Bookings → Settings → Booking page.
- Under Booking page link, choose the copy button.
Or choose Share to open Share booking page, with the link and buttons for X, Facebook, Pinterest, WhatsApp and email.
You can also use Share booking page in Quick actions on your Home screen.
If you've connected a custom domain on Plus or Pro, your booking page link, the copy button and Share all use your domain instead, like photos.yourstudio.com/services. See Connecting a custom domain.
Your booking page link only works once Public booking page is on. With the page on but no service published, visitors see No services available right now, so publish at least one service before you share it. See Customizing your booking page.
Linking to one service
Each published service has its own address, made from your booking page link and the service's Service URL:
yourname.corehue.co/services/family-portraits
To grab it, open the ⋯ menu on the service in Bookings → Services and choose View page, then copy the address from your browser. The publish dialog shows it too.
A direct service link skips the list and takes your client straight into booking. Use it for:
- Replying to "how do I book the engagement shoot?"
- Promoting your mini sessions on social media
- A "Book now" button on a specific page of your website
Where to put your link
Instagram bio. Paste your booking page link into the website field of your profile. If you use a link-in-bio page, add your booking page and your current mini session as separate buttons.
Your website. Add a "Book a session" button to your menu and your contact page, linking to your booking page. On a page about a specific service, link the button to that service directly.
Email signature. Add a line like "Book a session: yourname.corehue.co/services" under your name, so every email you send carries it.
Facebook and Google. Use the link as the booking or website button on your Facebook page and your Google Business Profile.
Replies to inquiries. When someone emails asking about availability, send the link to the right service instead of a list of dates.
Not every visitor is ready to book. A contact form on your website catches general questions, and each submission becomes a contact in CoreHue.
What your client sees
Your booking page link opens your headline, welcome message and a card for each published service. A service link opens that service's booking flow directly. Either way, there's nothing to sign up for. See What your client sees when they book.
Frequently asked questions
Can I embed my booking page on my website?
Not as an embedded frame. Link to it with a button or menu item instead, which also gives clients the full-size page on their phone.
Will my link change if I change my CoreHue URL?
Yes. Your booking page link is built from your CoreHue URL, so changing it breaks links you've already shared. See Changing your CoreHue URL.
Can I change a service's link?
Yes. Edit its Service URL on the Details tab. Any old links to that service will stop working, so update them wherever you've shared them.
What happens if someone opens the link to an unpublished service?
The link stops working while the service is unpublished. Publish it again and the same link works again.
