Choose a plan based on the storage, services and features you need. You can change plans later, but some changes apply at renewal. See [CoreHue plans and pricing](/docs/plans-and-billing/corehue-plans) for prices and the feature comparison.

## The short version

- **Free** is for getting started: a few galleries, one bookable service, invoices and payments.
- **Plus** is for running a photography business day to day: proper storage, proposals, unlimited contracts, reminders, client messaging, your own domain and your own branding.
- **Pro** is for bigger workflows: lots of storage, 4K video, RAW delivery, clients who pay in other currencies, and as many bookable services as you like.

## Free suits you if

- You're trying CoreHue out, or you only deliver a handful of small galleries
- You take bookings for one main service
- You mostly need to send invoices and get paid online

Free comes with 3.5 GB of gallery storage, web-size downloads for clients and "Powered by CoreHue" on your client pages. You can read client messages but not reply, and proposals stay as drafts. All the detail is in [What's included on the Free plan](/docs/plans-and-billing/the-free-plan).

## Plus suits you if

- Photography is your job, part time or full time
- You quote with proposals and send contracts and questionnaires to most clients
- You want CoreHue to chase unpaid invoices and unsigned contracts for you
- You'd like clients to see your brand, not ours, and your galleries on your own domain
- You deliver the occasional short film or highlights video alongside photos

Plus gives you 150 GB of gallery storage, an hour of HD gallery video and up to five published booking services.

## Pro suits you if

- You deliver a lot of video, or want to deliver it in 4K
- You shoot RAW and clients ask for the RAW files
- You work with clients abroad who expect invoices in their own currency
- You run lots of services side by side, like seasonal mini sessions alongside your regular packages
- You keep many large galleries online at once

Pro gives you 1 TB of storage, four hours of video up to 4K, unlimited published services, multi-currency invoicing, RAW uploads and priority email support.

## Decide by situation

| Your situation | Best fit |
| --- | --- |
| Just starting out, a few clients a month | Free, or try Plus for 14 days |
| Full-time photographer sending proposals and contracts | Plus |
| Weddings with a highlights film | Plus for an hour of HD video in total, Pro for more or for 4K |
| Videographer or hybrid shooter | Pro |
| Clients want RAW files | Pro |
| Clients in other countries | Pro, for invoices in other currencies |
| More than five services bookable at once | Pro |
| Over 150 GB of galleries you need online | Pro |

## How much storage do you need?

Storage counts the files you upload to galleries, at the size you uploaded them. The easiest way to estimate is to check the size of a few recent exported galleries on your computer and add them up. That's roughly what they'll use in CoreHue.

Remember you don't have to keep every gallery online forever. Once a client has downloaded their photos, you can delete the gallery and keep your own archive. See [How storage works](/docs/plans-and-billing/how-storage-works).

## Check where you stand

Already using CoreHue? **Settings → Billing → Usage** shows what you're using against your current plan: storage, video, published services and, on Free, contracts and questionnaires sent. The Plans page shows the same numbers next to each allowance, so you can see how close you are before deciding.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do Plus and Pro have different features?

Mostly, Pro gives you more room than Plus. Pro also adds RAW uploads, multi-currency invoicing, 4K video and priority support. Everything in Plus is in Pro too, with higher limits.

### Can I start on Plus and move to Pro later?

Yes. Moving from Plus to Pro through Stripe applies straight away. Through Paystack (Naira), Pro starts at your next renewal. Either way you keep everything you've built. See [Upgrading your plan](/docs/plans-and-billing/upgrading-your-plan).

### Is Free enough for a working photographer?

For a light workload, the Free plan can be enough. Without proposal sending, automatic reminders or message replies, you'll do more of the chasing yourself, which is where Plus starts to earn its keep.

### Can I move down a plan if I picked too big?

Yes. You can move from Pro to Plus at your next renewal, as long as your gallery storage (150 GB) and published services (5) fit Plus. See [Moving to a smaller plan](/docs/plans-and-billing/moving-to-a-smaller-plan).
