Moving to a smaller plan
You can move from Pro to Plus, or from annual to monthly billing, whenever you like. Both changes wait until your next renewal, so you keep what you've already paid for. Moving from Pro to Plus has one extra step: your storage and published services need to fit Plus first.

Switching from Pro to Plus
- Go to Settings → Billing and choose Change plan.
- Pick Monthly or Annual.
- Choose Switch at renewal on the Plus card.
- Check the details in the confirmation (the date Plus starts and your next charge), then choose Switch at renewal.
You keep Pro until your renewal date, then Plus begins. Changed your mind? Choose Keep current plan in the Plan change scheduled notice on your billing page.
First, make sure you fit Plus
CoreHue won't schedule the switch while you're using more than Plus includes in either of these:

If you're over, you'll see Before you switch to Plus with your usage beside each limit. To get under:
- Storage: delete galleries or photos you no longer need online. See Deleting a gallery.
- Services: unpublish services until five or fewer are live. See How many services can I publish?
Then try again.
What changes when Plus starts
- Video: Plus includes 1 hour of gallery video, up to HD. If you have more than an hour stored, your oldest videos are restricted until you're back within the limit. Restricted videos are hidden from clients and deleted after 30 days. Videos also play and download in HD rather than 4K. See Restricted gallery videos.
- RAW: you can't add new RAW files, but the ones already in your galleries stay.
- Currencies: new invoices use your default currency. Documents you already sent in other currencies stay viewable and payable. See Invoicing in more than one currency.
- Services: if you published more than five services after scheduling the switch, CoreHue keeps the first five in your service order and unpublishes the rest. Nothing is deleted, and we email you ("Some booking services were unpublished") with a Review services button.
- Support: you move from priority email support to regular email support.
Everything else in Plus, from proposals to your custom domain, carries on as before.
Switching from annual to monthly
On the Plans page, choose the Monthly toggle and then Switch at renewal on your plan. Monthly billing starts when your current year ends.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I switch from Pro to Plus?
CoreHue won't schedule the switch while your gallery photo storage is over 150 GB or you have more than 5 published services, which is what Plus includes. The Before you switch to Plus window shows which one, and by how much.
Do I get a refund for the rest of my Pro period?
No. There's nothing to refund, because you keep Pro until your renewal date. The switch to Plus happens then.
Does video count toward the Plus storage check?
No. Gallery video is measured in hours, not gigabytes, so it isn't part of the Plus storage check. If you have more than an hour of video when Plus starts, the oldest videos are restricted rather than the switch being blocked.
Which services stay published if I'm over the limit?
If you're over Plus's limit of 5 published services when Plus starts, the first five in the order shown on your Services list stay published. Reorder them before your switch takes effect if it matters which stay live.
