Your billing page
Everything about paying for CoreHue lives on one page: your plan, your card, how much of your plan you're using, and every charge so far. Open it from Settings → Billing, from Billing in the avatar menu, or by clicking the trial or payment pill in the dashboard header.
This page is about your CoreHue subscription. How your clients pay you is set up separately under Payments → Settings. See Accepting card payments with Stripe.
How you're billed
Plan
The top section shows your plan's name, a status badge, the price, and a line about what happens next, such as "Monthly plan · Renews" with the date, or "Trial ends" with the date.
| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| Free trial | Your 14-day Plus trial is running |
| Trial cancelled | You cancelled the plan scheduled after your trial. You move to Free when it ends |
| Active | Your subscription is paid and renewing |
| Canceling | You cancelled. Your plan runs to the end date shown, then you move to Free |
| Past due | A renewal failed and you're in the 7-day grace period |
| Free plan | You're on Free |
| On hold | Our team has paused the account. Contact support to reopen it |
Below that are the actions that apply to you:
- Upgrade on Free, Choose a plan during a trial, Upgrade to Pro on Plus, or Change plan on Pro. Each opens the Plans page.
- Cancel subscription on a paid plan, or Cancel renewal during a trial with a plan scheduled. See Cancelling your subscription.
- Resume plan (or Keep plan on Paystack) after you've cancelled, to undo it.
- Contact support if the account is on hold.
If something needs your attention, like a scheduled plan change or a failed payment, a notice or card appears above the Plan section with the next step. See When a subscription payment fails.
Payment method
The Payment method section shows the card CoreHue charges for your Plus or Pro plan, for example "Visa ending in 1234" and "Expires 08 / 2027". To use a different card, choose Change card (or Add card if there isn't one yet). You can change cards here whether you pay through Stripe or Paystack.
- Billed through Stripe: CoreHue opens Stripe's secure page, where you enter the new card. When you're done you come straight back to your billing page and see "Payment method updated".
- Billed through Paystack: an Update card window explains the next step. Choose Continue to Paystack and enter the card in Paystack's secure window. A small, refundable verification charge may apply.
You won't see the Payment method section on the Free plan, because there's nothing to charge. If a renewal has failed, use the buttons in the card at the top of the billing page instead of Change card. See When a subscription payment fails.
Usage
The Usage section shows what you've used of each allowance your CoreHue plan caps. A figure turns amber when you're at the limit, or from 90% for storage and video.
| Row | Shown on |
|---|---|
| Gallery photo storage | Every plan |
| Gallery video | Plus and Pro |
| Published services | Free and Plus |
| Contracts sent | Free |
| Questionnaires sent | Free |
Pro has no cap on published services, so that row doesn't appear. To understand what counts toward storage, see How storage works.
Billing history
Billing history lists every charge for your CoreHue subscription, newest first, with the Date, Status, Amount and Invoice.
- View opens the invoice online.
- The download icon saves a PDF for your records or your accountant.
- Copy the reference beside a charge if you need to ask us about it.
Until you've been charged, the section shows "No billing history yet".
Frequently asked questions
Where do I download my CoreHue invoices?
Your CoreHue subscription invoices are under Billing history on Settings → Billing. Each charge has a PDF to download.
How do I change the card I pay CoreHue with?
Go to Settings → Billing and choose Change card under Payment method on your billing page. You'll enter the new card on Stripe's or Paystack's secure page, depending on how you're billed. There's no payment method on the Free plan, because there's nothing to charge.
What does On hold mean on my billing page?
On hold means our team has paused your CoreHue account. Choose Contact support or email [email protected] and we'll help you reopen it.
Is the billing page where I set up client payments?
No. Settings → Billing is only for your CoreHue subscription. Client payments are set up under Payments → Settings → Payment methods.
