Available times aren't showing on my booking page

You've shared your booking page and a client tells you there's nothing to book. That's lost work if it lingers, so let's find the setting that's hiding your times. Open your booking page in a private window first so you see exactly what clients see.

What clients see, and what it means

Your client seesMost likely cause
A not-found pagePublic booking page is switched off
No services available right nowThe page is on, but no service is published
The service is missing from the listThat service is unpublished
Sold out on a mini sessionEvery slot on its dates is taken
"No times are available right now."Something in your availability rules out every time
"No times are available on this date."That particular day is blocked or full

Quick checklist

  1. Is the booking page switched on? Go to Bookings → Settings → Booking page and check Public booking page. While it's off the link doesn't work, and the page warns you: "Turn the page on for this link to work." On Home, Share booking page in Quick actions reads Off when this is the problem.
  2. Is a service published? Open Bookings → Services. A page with nothing published shows No services available right now, and Home shows No services beside Share booking page. See Creating a booking service.
  3. Did a service get unpublished? Each plan allows a set number of published services (1 on Free, 5 on Plus, unlimited on Pro). When an account moves to a smaller plan, CoreHue keeps the first services in your list published and unpublishes the rest, and emails you "Some booking services were unpublished". See How many services can I publish?
  4. Are your weekly hours set? Under Bookings → Settings → Availability, a day that's switched off reads Unavailable and never shows times.
  5. Is a specific date blocking it? Further down the same page, a date marked Unavailable all day or Unavailable during certain hours beats your weekly hours.
  6. Is your minimum notice too long? Minimum notice hides anything sooner than that many hours. Set it to 72 and nobody can book this weekend on a Thursday.
  7. Is your booking window too short? Booking window hides anything further out than that many days. A client looking for a date next autumn won't find it if the window is 90 days.
  8. Is your booking gap eating the space? Booking gap keeps time free around existing bookings. On a busy day, a wide gap can leave no room for another session.
  9. Is Google Calendar blocking it? If you've connected Google with Block busy times on, anything marked busy on that calendar hides those times from clients. Check for all-day or recurring events you forgot about. See Connecting Google Calendar.

Services with their own schedule

A direct booking service can run on its own custom schedule instead of your shared availability. If one service shows no times while others are fine, open that service and check its schedule. It has its own Booking gap, Minimum notice, Booking window, specific dates and an Avoid Google Calendar conflicts switch. See Giving a service its own schedule.

Mini sessions ignore your weekly hours and use the dates and slots you set on the service. If a mini session looks empty, add more dates or slots. See Running mini sessions.

Inquiry services don't show times at all. Clients send you an inquiry and you agree the date together. See Inquiry, direct booking or mini session?

Times show, but at the wrong hours

Clients see times in your time zone, labeled with the offset, so a client abroad may think the times look odd. Check Timezone under Bookings → Settings → Availability is where you actually work. If you take online sessions across borders, mention the time zone in your confirmation email.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I see a time that I know is free?

Someone else may be partway through booking it. CoreHue holds a time for 30 minutes while a client fills in the booking steps, and an unpaid booking keeps its time reserved until its payment deadline. See Unpaid bookings and held times.

Do my availability changes apply straight away?

Yes. Once you save, your booking page uses the new hours for every new booking. Existing bookings aren't moved.

Can I open up one extra day without changing my weekly hours?

Yes. Choose Add date, pick the date and choose Available during certain hours. See Setting your availability.

Can I add a booking myself outside my availability?

Yes. When you create a booking from All bookings, choose Set a custom time to pick any date and start time, even one your booking page wouldn't offer. See Adding a booking yourself.
